I offer a range of services, including PA/VA, book keeping, change management and administrative support. I am particularly effective with purchasing and spending inefficiencies and love saving money! I am experienced in, and trained by Sage and hold Xero & Xero Payroll certification. I can help you to make the most of software you currently subscribe to for example, by having the time and knowhow to show you how to use it properly - often something that falls by the wayside. Payroll, purchase and sales ledger management and tasks relating to HMRC, these are all areas I can help with.

I really enjoy finding and fixing inefficiencies in businesses but I just didn't have the time with my day job. When the opportunity arose, the suggestion was made by a few people who know me well and so I decided to set up Swift Support and help as many businesses as I can.
No, I will come in and do what you and I agree needs doing. I will not simply tell you what you need to do and leave, it is very much a partnership. My role is to make your life easier and do the things you can't or don't have time for.
No, I work in the background where needed and require very little of your time to get results. I will keep you as updated as you wish, but most clients let me just get things done and are happy to hear when the task is complete. I find a 30 minute catch up once a week is the minimum needed to keep pushing forward with progress, but I am always led by you.
Absolutely! I offer a free 1 hour meeting for exactly this reason (bookable below). Sometimes it's best to just talk over everything and then work out a prioritised 'to do' list.
Most definitely! Although I (regrettably) have to charge for my time, I am confident that I will help you see inefficiencies and fix them to ultimately save money. Whether it's a full purchasing review or software crossovers, there is usually money to be saved and it's one of my favourite things to do!
